In the early 1900's, San Felice was a hotel near the site of a historical ferry and steamboat landing. Today, San Felice is a family owned Spacious, Informal, Historical Lodge for rent on Seneca Lake.

About Us

The San Felice features 6 bedrooms, 5 ½ bathrooms, wrap-around porch, washer/dryer, a spacious eat-in kitchen with bar and family style table that accommodates 16. Knotty Pine front room with fireplace. Catering service, linens furnished, outdoor barbecue, dock and boat launch available. Volleyball, Badminton, Horseshoes, Boccie Ball, Parlor Games and Puzzles. One pet per cottage is allowed. Short walk to a beautiful waterfall. There is an adjoining two bedroom cottage (rented separately or with the main house) that accommodates four to six people. Drive up directly to both cottages (no steps).
