We have a spacious eat-in kitchen with bar and family style table can accommodate 16 people.

Our Knotty pine front room has an amazing fireplace, table for playing games and a tv, along with some very comfortable furniture for relaxing on.

If your family is bigger than what San Felice can accommodate, then look into our 2 bedroom cottage right next door. The cottage can accommodate 4-6 people. It has its own dock and great screened porch for watching the commanding view of seneca lake and/or the gorgeous sunsets. You can rent it with the main house or separately.
